Price, shipping and payment

All prices are presented inclusive of VAT. Apart from the shipping fee no other taxes or surcharges are applied. Whether or not shipping will be free of charge is shown during the ordering process.

LensOn offers credit card payment with VISA, Mastercard & Eurocard and uses DIBS Payment Services to secure your payment. Your credit card number is sent through an encrypted connection SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is therefore very secure.

About prescriptions

Your contact lens prescription may look different depending on which eye care professional you have visited. In short your prescription should contain what brand of lenses have been prescribed to you and what parameters this lens should have. The parameters vary depending on the type of contact lens in question but they are in short:

PWR or SPH = Power
BC = Basecurve
DIA = Diameter
CYL = Cylinder (for toric lenses)
AXIS = Axis (for toric lenses)
COLOR = Colour (for coloured lenses)

You can also check previously purchased contact lenses boxes in order to find out the parameters.

It is imperative that you purchase the lenses you have been prescribed. You do not have to send your prescription to LensOn in order to verify your order. Instead you must prior to the purchase confirm to us that you are indeed ordering contact lenses to which you have a valid prescription for.

Time of delivery?

The time of delivery varies depending on if the contact lenses are in stock or not. The most common lenses and strengths are normally kept in stock for you to be able to receive your order the following day, if you place your order after 4 pm the shipment will be sent the following day. If the lenses you have ordered are out of stock it will take about 3-5 days before you receive your contact lenses. LensOn is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.

First time ordering from LensOn?

Choose products from the menu on the left or from the above menu. Specify power and other parameters. Then click the shopping cart where you can enter your name and address etc. At the end of the ordering process if you choose a password an account will be created that will help make your future purchases easier. By logging in to your account you can also save money with the referral function REKO. If you run into any problems do not hesitate in contacting us for assistance. Can´t find you brand?

LensOn strives to have a wide range of contact lens brands to offer our customers. If you for some reason can not find your specific brand there is most likely a good explanation for this. Probably we already offer your brand, but under a different name. Many of the larger optician stores choose to repack the suppliers lenses in new boxes with their own brand names. LensOn only offers contact lenses in their original brand name. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service at support-uk@lenson.com if you need help in finding which brand of contact lenses you are using. Please include information about which lens you are using and where you have purchased it.
