Why does not LensOn offer a customer service via telephone?

In order to be able to provide support for as many customers as fast as possible we have chosen to concentrate on answering questions via e-mail. We are aware of the fact that some customers prefer the telephone, but this way we can shorten the reply time and that will in turn benefit you the customer. We also want to prioritize that which we believe is the most important aspect for you as our customer - fast deliveries and low prices.
